About Me

I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2017, and worked in the field of psychology and social work for over 10 years. I provide supervision to graduate students and therapists in training (see below for current supervisees).

My lived experience informs my deep passion for understanding the human spirit, I’ve never stopped wanting to learn how we operate and how to make life better. I feel honored to be a therapist, to get to be a part of my clients lives through what can be their most challenging and vulnerable times. My experience includes psychotherapy with adolescents, couples, adults, and groups. I have worked in a variety of counseling centers and non-profit settings, including Two Chairs Clinic, The San Francisco Marriage and Couples Center, The Pierce Street Integral Counseling Center, Family Service Agency of San Francisco, The Crisis Clinic of Thurston and Mason Counties, and The Chrysalis Academy of Cape Town, South Africa.
