INDIVIDUALS

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, burnt-out, or giving more than you are getting in your relationships, these are signs telling you it's time for a change. I work with individuals that want to shift painful patterns such as co-dependency, self-criticism, poor boundaries, or choosing the wrong partners. I also work with people who are experiencing transitions such as grief and loss, breakups, and career changes. I am trained in EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), a highly effective tool for coping with and healing trauma.

Together we explore your habits, creating a narrative for what's led you to your present circumstances. Building a sense of awareness can help you feel more empowered and in control, allowing you to slowly integrate desired changes. I am curious to know you, your story, and your goals. I assist you in learning new ways to manage the behaviors that no longer serve you, and provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to process thoughts and experiences. Our work together can help to increase self esteem, reduce shame, and manage stress.

I welcome individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations.

The challenges I work best with include:

  • Relationship struggles

  • Panic attacks/stress/anxiety

  • Depression

  • Body image/Low self-esteem

  • Immigration/Acculturation/Cultural Identity

  • Childhood trauma/challenging relationships with family
